Lu Duffy, Branch Manager of the Westlake Village Office of Rodeo Realty has been licensed as a real estate agent for over 20 years. Those years include 5 years as the Greater L.A. Sales Manager for KB Homes. In my years in resale, I have listed and sold real estate in all areas of Los Angeles, including the San Fernando Valley, Agoura, Westlake Village, Malibu, Simi Valley, Thousand Oaks, Los Angeles City and Castaic/Valencia area.
My greatest accomplishment was becoming Manager of the Westlake Village office of Rodeo Realty. I wanted to become a part of an organization that believes that the agent’s interests should be at the top of our list, a growing company with great networking and state of the art offices. As a Manager, I strive to be the person that others listen to, not just because of my success, but because I have a lot of energizing experiences to share. Chances are that I have encountered and solved more problems than most and I want to share those experiences with my agents.
Being in real estate as a single mom, has always allowed me the freedom to spend the time with my son as he was growing up. Now, as an “empty nester” I put all my energy into helping my agents achieve their dreams…of becoming successful real estate professionals.
