About Suzy |
|
After moving to California from New York I began my career as a litigation paralegal working for several top law firms in the Los Angeles area. In 1998 I decided to take charge of my career and become self-employed. I worked as an independent contractor for Fortune 500 companies, including banking institutions and stock brokerage firms. During my years as a paralegal I developed exceptional organizational and communication skills. I learned to work under time deadlines and high levels of stress and know the importance of completing a project in a timely manner with attention to detail. As an independent contractor working for myself I became more disciplined and I perfected my negotiation skills.
While I worked as a paralegal I also volunteered for a non-profit organization, the T.J. Martell Foundation, helping to raise funds to fight pediatric cancer, AIDS and leukemia. For several years I was the chairperson for the Foundation’s silent auction. In that role I coordinated with talent agents, record companies and artists management to obtain signed memorabilia for the auction, organized the logistics of the auction and supervised a significant number of volunteers for the event. Not only did this experience bring me much satisfaction knowing that I was making a contribution to help people, I was able to cultivate patience, persistence and attain results.
After years of volunteering I sought other avenues of being of service to people. I became a Reiki Master and healer and have been able to use my intuitive abilities in different situations. In that capacity I guided people to overcome obstacles to create a better life for them. My qualities of compassion, honesty, observation, and ability to listen and hear what my clients say and feel have contributed to a well balanced relationship based on trust and understanding.
For an agent who cares about people and their needs and knows how to get the job done, call Suzy.
