Our course is taught four nights per week, Monday through Thursday (please see schedule). If you enroll at the beginning of a session you can complete the course in 2 weeks. However, you do not need to wait for the beginning of a session. Each evening we study a different subject, and one subject is not a prerequisite for the next. You can begin the course any evening, attend nightly until you reach the last class and then continue in the following session until you complete the classes you missed. The cost of the course is $249.00, which includes the textbook. Payment is due at the time you register and is payable by cashiers check, money order or credit card. If you want to enroll, simply come to one of our 2 locations Sherman Oaks or Simi Valley before class starts to meet with the instructor. The Sherman Oaks address is 14328 Ventura Blvd. in Sherman Oaks located on the South East corner of Ventura Blvd. and Beverly Glen, East of Van Nuys Blvd. The Simi Valley address is 65 Tierra Rejada Rd.. located on the North West corner of Tierra Rejada and. Convenient free parking is available at both locations. Bring a pen or pencil and a hi-lighter.
The school is a State of California Department of Real Estate approved school and has successfully instructed individuals with no prior real estate experience with the necessary information to pass the California Real Estate Exam.
The cost of the school is $249 and this includes all materials necessary for the class.
