As a born and raised Southern Californian, I am intimately familiar with our region's many neighborhoods, schools and what areas are considered to be "hidden gems. I hold a Bachelors Degree in Speech Communications from California State University, Northridge, a Real Estate Salesperson's License, as well as a Broker's License. In addition I have a GRI designation (Graduate of Realtor Institute) which requires a year of additional coursework. I also hold a certification in home staging, which allows me to present my clients' homes in unique and visually appealing ways. Having been licensed since 1996, I have seen a lot of fluctuation in the real estate market and have successfully adapted to this ever-changing environment. I have consistently been a top producer in my firm and have maintained an excellent reputation in my field by truly listening to my clients' needs, paying attention to detail and working very hard to make their home buying and selling experience as stress free as possible.
