Taking reservations for Oct - December 2026 and May - December 2027. Utilities are included in the rent for the first 30 days. Small dogs are considered with an additional deposit. Monthly cleaning fee of $600 in addition to the deposit. Rates vary depending on the time of year and length of stay. Guest Casita available w/ full bath and kitchenette at extra cost (never rented to a 3rd party).
