He joined Rodeo in 2009, bringing with him 23 years of experience as an agent, as well as management experience from such prestigious brands as AT&T and Hyatt Hotels. After two years as Director of Education and Training at Rodeo, he became Branch Manager in July 2011. John believes in creating a collaborative office environment, ensuring his agents possess the best resources available, as well as state-of-the-art marketing tools. A veteran real estate professional and leader, John brings his dedication, knowledge and experience to Rodeo Realty’s Beverly Hills office, where he is also Director of Education and Training. For more than two decades, he has provided quality real estate consulting services, confirming his reputation for “Real Estate with Integrity and Extraordinary Service.” Representing sellers and buyers primarily in residential properties on Los Angeles’ Westside – including estates, homes and condominiums – he has been involved in the hundreds of sales, including conventional purchases, REO’s, Probates and Short Sales. Outside of real estate, his leadership skills have been developed through his experience with Toastmasters International, where he received the designation of Distinguished Toastmaster. As a manager and training director, John is consulted frequently on all aspects of real estate. He mentors an average of 30 to 40 new DRE Associate Licensees at any one time - and has been doing so for nearly nine years.

Raised in a real estate family-his father founded Rodeo Realty in 1986 -Kyle grew up immersed in the business, learning the nuances of negotiation, client relations, and deal-making from an early age.

Known for his sharp instincts and deep industry knowledge, Kyle has a unique ability to recognize serious buyers and weed out the rest. His fluency in the language of real estate gives him an edge in guiding agents and clients alike through even the most complex transactions.

A first-round draft pick for the Chicago White Sox, Buddy went on to play professional baseball for the St. Louis Cardinals and the Baltimore Orioles. Having joined Rodeo Realty eight years ago – first as a realtor and now as a manager for the past four – he brings the same leadership qualities he learned in the sports arena to the real estate business, where he has trained some of the top realtors in California. Aside from baseball, his accomplishments including teaching high school and college, as well as owning and operating one of the top retail equestrian businesses in the U.S. for more than 30 years. With 19 years in the real estate business, Kristy has had the pleasure of working for Rodeo Realty in management since 2013. Her position has allowed her to expand her knowledge of and excitement for real estate. She enjoys teaching new agents in the Rodeo Sure Start Classes and conducting one-on-one training sessions in our office. Prior to her role at Rodeo, she “learned the ropes” under two dedicated realtors, where she worked on marketing strategies as well as served as their personal transaction coordinator. While real estate is her passion, her first love remains her family. Married for almost 30 years, Kristy has two children who are her world. In her spare time, she counts travel, sports and wine-tasting as favorite pastimes. Kristy takes great pride in having a reputation of being reliable, honest, a motivational mentor to agents and a hard-working realtor.

A problem-solver who believes teamwork makes everyone’s job easier, Wendy joined Rodeo Realty in 2008. She calls the move the best decision she ever made, hailing Rodeo as “the best kept secret in the Valley.” Having been in the real estate community since 1983, Wendy brings experience and knowledge to the fore when supporting her agents. She stresses the key to good management is being a good listener and is determined to help her agents anyway she can. Away from work, she enjoys time with her husband of 35 years and their son, who competed in the Olympic Trials swimming and was ranked No. 11 in the U.S.A. member of the LPGA women’s amateur group, she’s also an avid golfer. I have enjoyed my time in the early days working at Capitol Records, B.M.I., Guttman & Pam Public Relations,  Meyer Mishkin Talent Agency and left there to be the Personal Assistant to  Actor Richard Dreyfuss.  After that amazing wild ride, I went to work at what I considered, a normal job at Universal Studios where I stayed for 23 years. When hit in a lay off, I found myself looking for any type of job since I was a Divorced Mom,  and landed a job at Coldwell Bankers in Burbank as a Listing Coordinator.  I loved the change in learning new things and broadening my skills
